Q. What Does One Percent Realty Charge?

A. For homes listed under $350,000, we charge a flat rate of $7,950 plus GST. $9,950 for homes between $350,000 to $900,000. For homes listed over $900,000, we charge 1% of the selling price + $950. Q. How Does an Agent for the Buyer Get Paid?

A. The $7,950 commission includes $3,500 for the Buyer agent. For homes under $900,000, the 1% listing agent gets $4,500, the Buyer agent gets $4,500, and $950 is the office fee.
