About One Percent Realty.  Our brokerage charges $9,000 + disbursements for all homes under $900,000. $4,500 of that $9,000 fee goes to the Buyer's agent. For homes priced over $900,000, we charge a rate of 1% + disbursements which includes 0.5% to the Buyer's agent.
